HeyCasa is a mobile-first property management app built for small landlords and independent property investors.
The challenge
Small landlords and indie property investors were stuck choosing between spreadsheets and enterprise software built for property management companies. Nothing in between was built for how they actually work: from their phone, on the go.
Our approach
We built HeyCasa from scratch as a mobile-first app, designed around the way small landlords actually manage properties rather than the way enterprise software assumes they do.

Where things stand
HeyCasa is built and preparing to launch on iOS and Android. The website is live now, with visitors able to sign up to be notified the moment the apps go live.
