Our story
I started AllAccessIT after living through the exact problem it now solves for other people.
When I needed help with smaller projects, the enterprise consulting firms weren’t interested, and the freelancers I found instead didn’t always honor what they’d agreed to. Pricing changed after the fact. Deadlines moved, and moved again. Updates only came if I chased them down, and more than once, what finally got delivered didn’t actually work.
AllAccessIT is built to be the opposite of that experience: clear pricing, real deadlines, and work you can trust is actually finished when we say it is.

Joseph Chanlatte
Founder & Creative Solutions Architect
Joseph Chanlatte founded AllAccessIT after two decades in enterprise technology, where he’s spent his career as a solutions architect helping businesses turn complex technical problems into results that actually move the needle, work that’s supported deals worth tens of millions of dollars. He holds an MBA and has spent years hands-on with WordPress development, from theme and plugin customization to hosting, performance, and security. Joseph started AllAccessIT to bring that same level of care, clear communication, and follow-through to businesses that don’t have an enterprise budget or an enterprise-sized team behind them.
Nysa Chanlatte
Operations & Data Systems Lead
Nysa Chanlatte brings a background in data analytics and business operations to AllAccessIT’s day-to-day work. She holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and Applied AI and has spent her career turning complex operational data into decisions people can actually act on, from managing large-scale data quality programs for major global events to building the reporting and process standards that keep cross-functional teams aligned. At AllAccessIT, she brings that same discipline to keeping projects on track and client work running smoothly, from planning through delivery.
Marie Hill
Account Manager – Client Relations & Business Development
Marie brings two decades of program leadership, budget oversight, and client relations experience to AllAccessIT. Most recently directing multi-million-dollar operations and workforce programs for the military and their families, where she managed relationships and outcomes for thousands of service members a year. Today she also works as a licensed realtor, building client pipelines through networking, referrals, and steady follow-through. Marie holds an MBA, a master’s in Family Studies and Human Services, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. At AllAccessIT, she’s the person keeping client relationships strong, projects on track, and expectations clear from the first conversation on.
